Sometimes I wake up in the morning, look in the mirror, look at myself, and say to myself, "Wow! This heart still beats; I am still alive. That's Right, and We have not done all that surviving, to yield" Then I do my Black Panther come back. "I never yielded... as you can see, I am not dead". I am reminded that I am still alive. … Today, I thought I'd give you a brief update on what has been going on with my health, life, work, and social enterprise.
